Welcome to Pack 1707's website!  We hope you find the website a useful tool to remain in touch with your individual Den and the overall Pack. Cub Scout Pack 1707, located in the northeast area of Troy, Michigan, is dedicated to helping younger boys develop strong moral character through fun, meaningful activities at the pack, den, family, and individual levels.

We are always having exciting events like our campouts and pinewood derbies to keep the kids involved. if you are already a member of the Pack, we encourage both you and your son to sign up to gain access to the rest of the website. STEM Adventure at Legoland Discovery Center

You are invited to a STEM Adventure at Legoland Discovery Center on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017.  The price is $21 for scouts and $16 for adults.  Please register by Feb. 16, 2017.  (Registration remains open from 2/17 to 2/24 but there is a late fee.)

Pinewood Derby - Important Information

Scouts and Akelas,
Here are the details you’ll need for the Pinewood Derby.  This is one of the most exciting projects for the boys and race day is a blast!  There will be more details to come regarding the race itself.  We will be taking pizza orders soon and we will also have a Sign-up for everyone to bring a side dish.

We had great participation this year.  
Note that our hourly rate ($65) is higher than usual, because there were many shifts that were covered by a single scout.

There are 4 methods for selling popcorn this year.  You should have a take-order form that was given to you by your Den Leader that you can take with you to work or use to sell over the phone to family members, you can pick up stock from Bill Russell's house and sell door-to-door, you can sell online at www.trails-end.com, and you can do Show and Sells.
